Some indicative distances:  The property is half a mile from local restaurants and shops in downtown Weaverville and is one mile from major grocery, department and hardware stores and fast food chains.  Asheville is six miles away and downtown is 15 minutes.  The Blue Ridge Parkway is eight miles and the Asheville Regional Airport is about a 30 minute drive.  Charlotte is two hours, Atlanta is three hours, and Savannah is five hours.
